If an engineer attends the site to complete an order but cannot log the visit from their device, you can help them by logging the order for them.

To log the visit as a head office user, please follow the steps below:

  1. From the Home view, select a unit.

  2. In Current Orders, select the order that needs to be logged.

  3. Click Log a visit.

  4. Fill in the details of the order, such as:

    • Arrival and Departure time.

    • Number of engineers or assistants.

    • Engineer name.

    • Details of the works carried out.

    • Parts used.

  5. Click Confirm.

Log a visit as a unit manager

As a unit manager, you can log the visit by following the steps below:

  3. Fill in the details of the order, such as:

    • Arrival and Departure time.

    • Number of engineers or assistants.

    • Engineer name.
