View completed and cancelled orders

You can view completed orders for units and in-house orders, as well as cancelled orders.

You can view a record of all jobs that have been completed or cancelled at a specific site directly within the unit view. This is useful for reviewing recently finished work, checking progress against planned schedules, or confirming that contractors have completed assigned tasks.

To see completed jobs for a site:

  1. Go to the required Unit View.

  2. Select Completed Jobs from the available options.

Within the completed jobs view, you can break down the list further by clicking into the order categories displayed at the top. This helps you filter and review different types of work more easily.


View completed In-House jobs

To view all completed In-house jobs for a specific unit, follow the steps below. This allows you to track work that has been finished and review details of each job for record-keeping or reporting purposes.

  1. Go to the required Unit View.

  2. On the right-hand side of the screen, click the In House icon.

  3. Click the Completed Jobs tab to see all jobs that have been marked as finished.

View cancelled orders

You can track cancelled orders from the last 30 days. This is useful for reviewing recent cancellations, identifying trends, or auditing activity.

To view cancelled orders within the last 30 days, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the required Unit View.

  2. Click Current Orders, then select Completed Jobs.

  3. In the Completed Orders window, click Cancelled Orders.
