This is useful for adding follow-up information, clarifications, or final observations.
To add the notes to the completed orders, please follow the steps below:
Go to Unit View.
Depending on the type of job, click:
Completed Orders for standard jobs.
In-house if the job was completed by your internal team.
Select the relevant order from the list.
Click the Notes tab.
Type your note in the provided field.
Click Save.
π Note: The main contractor also has the ability to add notes to completed orders when using the desktop version of the system.
Add photos to orders
You can add supporting photos or documents to orders that have already been raised or completed.
These attachments can include images of the issue, completion evidence, or relevant documents such as certificates or reports. Adding attachments ensures that both the contractor and your internal team have all the necessary information linked to the order.
To add photos or documents to an order, follow these steps:
Go to the required Unit view.
Select the order from one of the following tabs:
Current Orders
Inhouse
Click Notes.
Click Attachments.
Upload the required photos or documents to the order.
π Note: Once uploaded, the attachments will automatically be saved and made visible within the order record for future reference.
