By default, Site view only shows cancelled orders from the past 30 days. If you need to review cancellations older than this, you can access the full list through Group view. This is useful when reviewing historical cancellations across all units or when completing audits.
To view all cancelled orders:
Go to Group view.
Click View All under the Overdue orders section.
Click Cancelled orders to open the full list.
Click the Export
icon to download a full report.
You will now see every cancelled order in the system, displayed from the most recent to the oldest.
📌 Note: The list includes all cancelled orders, regardless of the unit or cancellation date.
