You can view and export reports for flagged orders in Access Maintain. These reports help you track any callouts or quotes that have been flagged for review.
There are two available report types:
Flagged Callouts Report, which lists flagged callout orders
Flagged Quotes Report, which lists flagged quote orders
To locate and export these reports:
From the Group area, click the Reports
icon.Select the Analysis Reports option.
Select either Flagged Callouts Report or Flagged Quotes Report.
To export, click the export
icon in the top-right corner.
📌 Note: If you do not have access to the Reports section, a head office user will need to export the report for you.
