Health and Safety flagging allows organisations to clearly separate urgent or compliance-related callouts from routine repairs. By enabling this option, teams can track high-priority work more effectively and report on it across their estate.
Set up Health and Safety flagging
From the Admin area, click Unit Settings.
Select the Callouts tab.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Set Yes for the option Track flagged orders.
Select the trades you want to track and click Confirm.
In the field next to the green Area button, enter Health & Safety.
Click Save.
Once enabled, when raising a callout for one of the tracked trades, you will be able to choose between General Repair or Health & Safety.
View Health and Safety jobs
Go to the Group area.
From the menu bar, click the Reports
icon.Select Analysis Reports.
Click Health & Safety Report to view all flagged jobs.
