Each unit has its own spending thresholds to ensure the correct level of approval is applied. Adjusting these limits helps maintain financial control and ensures quotes and callouts follow the appropriate approval process.
Amend the unit authorisation limit.
Follow the steps below to update the authorisation limit for quotes.
From the Admin area, click Unit Settings.
Select the Units Types / Brands tab.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Under Budget Available, enter the required percentage for the required group.
Click Save.
Change the callout authorisation limit
Follow the steps below to update the authorisation limit for callouts.
From the Admin area, click Unit Settings.
Select the Release controls tab.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Update the value under Percentage of budget the unit can spend without authorisation.
Click Save.
The updated limits take effect immediately and apply to all future quotes and callouts for the units.
