Each unit has its own spending thresholds to ensure that the correct level of approval is applied. Adjusting these limits helps maintain financial control and ensures that quotes and callouts follow the appropriate approval process.
Amend the authorisation limit for quotes
From the Admin area, click Unit Settings.
Select Quotes.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.For the Unit authorisation limit, enter the required value.
Click Save.
This limit applies only to quotes.
Change the callout authorisation limit
From the Admin area, click Unit Settings.
Select Release controls.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Update the value under Percentage of budget the unit can spend without authorisation.
Click Save.
The updated limits take effect immediately and apply to all future quotes or callouts for that unit.
