You can configure Access Maintain so that a specific user group must review quotes or callouts before they are released. This ensures an internal check is completed before any work is sent to a contractor, providing greater control over the release process.
Enable review of quotes before authorisation
From the Admin area, click Unit Settings.
Open the Quotes/Supply Only tab.
Enable the setting Review of quotes before authorisation.
Select the user group responsible for completing the review.
Click Save.
Enable review of callouts before release
In Unit Settings, open the Release Controls tab.
Enable the setting Review of callouts before release.
Select the user group that should complete the review.
Click Save.
📌 Note: Users cannot receive email notifications for every change made to an order within their allocated sites.
