To require quotes to be reviewed before they can be authorised, follow these steps:
From the Admin area, click Unit Settings.
Click Quotes and supply only.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Next to Review of quotes before authorisation, click User Group.
Enable the setting and select the user group responsible for reviewing quotes.
Click Save.
Once enabled, quotes must be reviewed by the selected user group before they can proceed to authorisation.
