The Spend report in Access Maintain allows you to review total costs for callouts and Planned Maintenance Visits (PMVs). It provides visibility of approved and committed spend across your portfolio and can be exported for further analysis in Excel. This report is useful for tracking budgets, monitoring contractor costs, and reviewing financial performance over time.
To run a Spend report for callouts and PMVs, please follow the steps below:
Go to the Group area.
In the Spend section at the top of the page, choose one of the following:
Total: Shows all approved and committed orders within the selected period.
Committed: Shows all orders committed to be paid, including those raised in previous periods.
Approved: Shows orders approved during the current period, regardless of when the order was raised.
In the pop-up window, click All orders to export the data to a spreadsheet.
Open the spreadsheet and use the Order date column to filter and review spend for a specific time frame.
The exported spreadsheet provides detailed order information, allowing you to track spending more closely, compare committed and approved costs, and produce tailored financial insights for management or audit purposes.
