The PMV Contracts report provides a full overview of all planned maintenance visits (PMV) contracts across your sites. Use this report to review key details such as the next visit due date, the date of the last completed visit, and the cost per visit. This helps ensure all PMVs are scheduled on time and costs are monitored effectively.
View the PMV contracts report
Follow the steps below to open the PMV Contracts report.
From the Group area, click View all PMV contracts.
Click All PMVs in the top right corner to see the full list of contracts.
The report displays all PMV contracts with key information for compliance tracking, financial oversight, and forward planning of maintenance schedules.
View all orders against a PMV contract
Follow the steps below to view all historic orders for a specific PMV contract.
From the Group area, click View all PMV contracts and select the relevant contract.
Click the contractor connected to that contract.
Click the specific unit under the contractor.
You will then see a list of all completed jobs associated with the selected PMV contract, giving you full visibility of the maintenance history.
