The PMV Contracts report provides a full overview of all Planned Maintenance Visit (PMV) contracts across your sites. This report allows you to review important details such as the next visit due date, the date of the last completed visit, and the cost per visit. It helps ensure that all PMVs are scheduled on time and that costs are being monitored effectively.
View the PMV contracts report by following the steps below:
From the Group area.
Click View all PMV contracts to open the report.
Click the All PMVs button in the top right corner to see the full list of contracts.
The report will display all PMV contracts with key information that can be used for compliance tracking, financial oversight, and forward planning of maintenance schedules.
View all orders against a PMV contract
The PMV contracts section allows you to query contractors further and view their active or past orders.
Follow the steps below to view all historic orders for a PMV contract:
From the Group area.
Click View all PMV contracts and select a contract.
Select the contract from the results.
Click into the contractor connected to that contract.
Click into the specific unit under the contractor.
You will then see a list of all completed jobs associated with the selected PMV contract, giving you full visibility of the maintenance history.
