Use this feature to request a contractor's planned maintenance visit (PMV) schedule via email. The system automatically sends the contractor a spreadsheet to fill in, helping them organise their calendar and plan work efficiently according to the contract.
To request a contractor's PMV schedule:
From the Admin area, click PMV Contracts.
Open the relevant contract.
Click the PMV Contracts tab.
At the bottom, set to Yes the option Would you like to request a contractor's PMV schedule?
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Select the contractor from the list.
Click Send to automatically email the spreadsheet to the contractor.
Once the contractor completes the spreadsheet, they can send it back for you to upload and finalise the PMV schedule in the system.
