This feature automatically sends the contractor a spreadsheet to fill in with their planned maintenance visit (PMV) schedule. This helps contractors organise their calendars and plan their work efficiently according to the contract.
To request a contractor’s PMV schedule, please follow the steps below:
Go to the Admin Area and select PMV Contracts.
Open the relevant contract, then click the PMV Contracts tab.
At the bottom, set Would you like to request a contractor’s PMV schedule? to Yes.
Unlock the screen to enable editing.
Select the contractor from the list.
Click Send to automatically email the spreadsheet to the contractor.
Once the contractor has completed the spreadsheet, they can send it back for you to upload and finalise the PMV schedule in the system.
