This setting lets you update or correct the next PMV date for one or more units. It is useful when schedules change due to access issues, delays, or contractor availability.
Change the next visit date for a specific unit
Follow the steps below to update the next visit date for a single unit.
From the Admin area, click Add/Edit Units.
Select the unit you want to update.
Select the PMV tab.
Select the relevant PMV.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Update the Next visit date field.
Click Save.
📌 Note: To undo the last visit instead, follow steps 1 to 5 above, then click Undo the last visit.
Change the next visit date in bulk
Follow the steps below to update the next visit date across multiple sites using the template.
From the Admin area, click PMV Contracts.
Select the relevant PMV contract.
Select the PMV Contract tab.
Click Download populated template.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Update the next visit dates in the template and upload it back into the system.
Once uploaded, the system will automatically apply the changes.
