When you log a PMV visit in Access Maintain, the system automatically records the visit with the current date. If the visit actually took place earlier, you can amend the date afterwards by updating the visit details.
To change the visit date to a PMV order, please follow the steps below:
From the Admin area, search for the relevant order.
Click Edit.
Click Visits.
Click Edit time and update the date and time as needed.
Click Save.
⚠️ Important: Remember to update the next visit date in the PMV contract to keep the schedule accurate. For example, if the visit was actually completed two months ago, the next visit date should also move back by two months. You can amend this directly within the contract.
