When you undo the last visit on a PMV order, the behaviour varies depending on the current status of the order. This article explains what happens in each scenario.
Approved status
If the PMV order is at Approved status (meaning all visits have been completed), clicking Undo Last Visit will trigger a warning that the current order will be cancelled and the PMV will revert to its original due date.
In practice, the system also automatically generates a new replacement order. This replacement mirrors the previous order and sends an email notification to the contractor, advising them to attend the site again.
If the PMV order is still in Incomplete status, the system removes only the most recent visit and does not cancel the entire order.
