If you have approved a PMV order in error, you can correct it by updating the status back to the appropriate stage. This is useful if the order should remain in progress or pending approval rather than showing as approved.
π Note: Once an order has been paid, its status cannot be changed. If this applies to your order, see Reduce cost or credit an order for instructions.
Change the status of a PMV order
From the Admin area, search for the order.
Click Status.
Select the correct status from the list.
Click Save.
