If a PMV order has been completed and requires a mandatory certificate, you must upload the certificate to receive payment for the work.
To upload a PMV certificate, please follow the steps below:
Go to the section Orders to Action.
Click the PMV certificates.
Select the order that requires a certificate.
Click Upload, then enter the certificate name.
Click Submit.
📌 Note: After the certificate has been uploaded, the order will move to the certificate approval stage. The customer can then approve the certificate or query it if they have any questions.
