Upload a PMV certificate as a contractor

Upload a certificate of compliance after completing a PMV order to move it to the approval stage and receive payment.

Written by Rubin Muresan

After completing a planned maintenance visit (PMV), you are required to upload a certificate of compliance to confirm that the work has been carried out to the required standard. This is a mandatory step for certain PMV order types and must be completed before the order can progress to approval and payment can be processed.

If the certificate is not uploaded, the order will remain outstanding, and payment cannot be issued.

Prerequisites for Uploading Certificates

Before uploading certificates for a PMV on a new site, ensure the following conditions are met:

  1. At least one visit to the site must be completed.

  2. The initial certificate must be uploaded by the contractor. Only after this initial upload can additional certificates be added.

To upload a PMV certificate, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Main page, click Orders to Action.

  2. Click PMV certificates.

  3. Select the order that requires a certificate.

  4. Click Upload, then enter the certificate name.

  5. Click Submit.

📌 Note: Once uploaded, the order will move to the certificate approval stage. The customer can then approve the certificate or query it if they have any questions.
