If you have approved a PMV order in error, you can correct it by updating the status back to the appropriate stage.
This is useful if the order should remain in progress or pending approval, rather than showing as approved.
Change the status of a PMV order
To change the status, please follow the steps below:
Go to the Admin area and search for the order.
Click Status.
Select the correct status from the list and click Save.
πNote: Once an order has been paid, its status cannot be changed; the only option is to credit the order value. See Reduce cost or credit an order for instructions.
