When you click Undo Last Visit, the system displays a warning that the current order will be cancelled and the PMV will revert to its original due date.
In practice, the system does more than just cancel the order; If the PMV order is already at Approved status, meaning all visits have been completed, the system will automatically generate a new order.
This replacement order mirrors the previous one and triggers an email notification to the contractor, advising them that they need to attend the site again.
πNote: The behaviour differs if the PMV order is still in Incomplete status. In that case, the system removes only the most recent visit and does not cancel the entire order.
