Undoing the last visit in a PMV order

Learn what happens when you use the Undo Last Visit option, including how it affects PMV orders in Approved or Incomplete status.

When you click Undo Last Visit, the system displays a warning that the current order will be cancelled and the PMV will revert to its original due date.

In practice, the system does more than just cancel the order; If the PMV order is already at Approved status, meaning all visits have been completed, the system will automatically generate a new order.

This replacement order mirrors the previous one and triggers an email notification to the contractor, advising them that they need to attend the site again.

πŸ“ŒNote: The behaviour differs if the PMV order is still in Incomplete status. In that case, the system removes only the most recent visit and does not cancel the entire order.
