To allow a contractor to carry out PMV (Planned Maintenance Visit) orders, you need to update their settings within the contractor profile.
To enable the contractor, follow the steps below:
From the Admin area, click Add/Edit Contractors.
Select the contractor you want to update.
Select the Trades/item types tab.
Select PMV from the available categories.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Set the toggle to Yes to enable the contractor for PMV work.
Select the specific PMV types the contractor should be assigned to.
Click Save.
π€ Tip: Only contractors with the appropriate trade types and qualifications should be enabled for PMV types to ensure compliance and accurate scheduling.
