Enable a contractor for a PMV contract

Enable a contractor for PMV work and configure the specific PMV types they can carry out.

To allow a contractor to be used for PMV (Planned Maintenance Visit) orders or to configure which PMV types they are eligible to carry out, you will need to update their settings within the contractor profile.

To enable the contractor, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Admin area, then click Add/Edit contractors.

  2. Select the contractor you want to update.

  3. Click the Trades/item types tab, then select PMV from the available categories.

  4. Click the green padlock icon to unlock editing.

  5. Set the toggle to Yes to enable the contractor for PMV work.

  6. Tick or untick the specific PMV types the contractor should be assigned to. These might include different visit categories such as inspections, services, or statutory checks, depending on contract requirements.

  7. Click Save to apply the changes.
