If a PMV contract has been set up for a specific job, but unit users are still selecting other contractors, you can restrict callouts so that only the assigned PMV contractor is used.
Enable exclusive callouts
From the Admin, Click PMV Contracts.
Select the relevant PMV contract from the list.
Click the green padlock icon to unlock the screen.
Enable the setting: Are callouts exclusively done by the PMV Contractor?
Add the relevant trade and equipment type.
Click Save to apply the changes.
📌 Note: This setting ensures that unit users cannot assign the job to a different contractor when a PMV contractor is already set for that work.
