The Release Requests report allows you to review all orders that have been raised but are still awaiting release. This helps you track jobs that require approval before they can be issued to contractors and ensures no orders are missed during the release process.
To run the release report, please follow the steps below:
Go to the Group area.
Click Release requests to open the reporting options.
Select the report you need, depending on the order type:
Release quotes – shows all quotation-based orders waiting to be released.
Release callouts – shows all callout orders waiting to be released.
Download the report as a .csv file and open it in Excel for further review.
The exported file provides a complete list of orders that are awaiting release, giving you clear visibility of all outstanding approvals across sites.
