The Release Commitment report allows you to see all jobs released on previous days and export them for financial review or record-keeping. This is useful for tracking when orders were released, reconciling commitments against accruals, and ensuring all released jobs are accounted for in reporting.
To export released jobs by day, follow the steps below:
From the Group area, click the Reports
icon.Select Financial Reports, then select Release Commitment.
Select the By Day tab to view released jobs broken down by date.
Click the graph for the day you want to review.
Click All Orders in the top right corner, then click the Export
icon to download the data.
