Create a report for historic odd jobs

Generate a report of historical odd jobs to review contractor activity, outstanding tasks, and job progress.

The odd jobs feature allows you to compile smaller tasks across a site and assign them to a contractor. Reports include useful information such as the number of jobs raised, last reported dates, due dates, and individual odd job items.

To generate the odd jobs report, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Group area, click the Report icon.

  2. Select Analysis reports.

  3. Choose Odd job reports.

  4. Click the Export icon in the top-right corner.

The exported CSV file will include all relevant odd job data, making it easier to review job history and monitor contractor progress.
