Create a report for historic odd jobs

You can generate a report showing historical odd jobs and review contractor activity.

The odd job feature allows you to compile smaller tasks across a site and assign them to a contractor. It helps track outstanding work and manage ongoing tasks more efficiently. You can generate reports that show useful information such as the number of jobs raised, last reported dates, due dates, and individual odd job items.

To generate the report, please follow the steps below:

  1. From the Group area, click Reports.

  2. Select Analysis reports.

  3. Choose Odd job reports.

  4. Click the CSV download button located above Days overdue in the top-right corner.

The exported CSV file will include all relevant odd job data, making it easier to review job history and monitor contractor progress.
