Raise odd jobs

The odd jobs feature allows you to create a list of tasks for a contractor and place a callout for them.

Use the odd jobs feature to record tasks for a unit that need attention. These can be saved as a list and raised to a contractor later as callouts.

To add a new odd job, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the relevant unit view.

  2. On the right side of the screen, click Odd Jobs.

  3. Enter the job details and click Save & Return.

  4. When you're ready to raise the job, click Raise order.

  5. Select the contractor and click Place Order.
