When raising a callout, you may need to capture extra information from unit users based on the equipment involved. These responses are sent to the contractor so they have the details required to carry out the work. For example, a locksmith callout may require the unit user to provide the master pin code for the lock.
To set up additional questions:
From the Admin area, click Unit Settings.
Select the Callouts tab.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.In the Additional Callout Information Request section, click Add Question.
Enter the question you want to ask, such as:
Please provide the master pin code.
Click Save.
Once added, the question will appear when a unit user raises a callout for that specific equipment type, and their response will be shared with the contractor handling the job.
