Requiring an image when a callout is raised ensures contractors have the context they need before attending the site. This reduces follow-up queries and helps contractors arrive prepared with the correct tools or parts.
To make an image mandatory when raising a callout, please follow the steps below:
From the Admin area, click Unit Settings.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Set Mandatory image to be added on all callouts raised to Yes.
Click Save.
📌 Note: At this time, Access Maintain does not support mandatory images being added by contractors when completing work.
Set up a mandatory picture for engineers when completing jobs
You can enforce the system to require the engineers to add an image when completing a job.
To enable the setting, please follow the steps below:
From the admin area, click Contractor Settings.
Select the Visit Logging tab.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Set Mandatory image to be added on Engineer visit completion to Yes.
Click Save.
All the orders will require an image when the engineers are logging the visits.
