Manage trade-specific response times

You can configure contractor response times for each equipment type to control which options appear when raising callouts.

When placing a callout, the response time for the contractor is selected from a list. These response times can be configured centrally for each equipment type.

To update response times, please follow the steps below:

  1. From the Admin area, click Unit Settings.

  2. On the right side, click Responses / Asbestos tab.

  3. Unlock the green padlock icon.

  4. Select the response times required for each equipment type.

  5. Click Save.

πŸ“Œ Note: Emergency response times usually carry a higher cost. Removing the emergency option for non-critical equipment can help avoid unnecessary charges.
