You can control whether a contractor is available for emergency callouts by updating their settings. This ensures contractors are only assigned to appropriate response tiers and that the correct rates apply.
To enable or disable emergency callouts for a contractor, follow the steps below:
From the Admin area, click Add/Edit Contractors.
Select the contractor you want to update.
Select the Callout tab, then open the Trade/Item Types section.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Select or clear the Emergency checkbox depending on whether the contractor should be available for emergency callouts.
Click Save.
β οΈ Warning: If the Emergency checkbox is cleared, the contractor will only be available for non-emergency callouts based on the tiers set in Contractor Settings and the Response Times tab. Their emergency rates will no longer apply.
