Manage contractor emergency callouts

Update the contractor’s settings, ensuring they are only assigned to the correct response tiers and rates.

You can control whether a contractor is available for emergency callouts by adjusting their settings in the admin area. This allows you to ensure contractors are only assigned to appropriate response tiers.

Enable or disable the setting

  1. Go to the Admin area and select Add/Edit Contractors.

  2. Find and select the contractor you want to update.

  3. Go to the Callout tab, then open the Trade/Item Types section.

  4. Tick or untick the Emergency checkbox, depending on whether the contractor should be available for emergency callouts.

⚠️ Warning: If the emergency is unticked, the contractor will only be available for non-emergency callouts based on the tiers set in Contractor Settings and the Response Times tab. Their emergency rates will no longer apply.
