The system does not allow cancelling normal callouts, but it allows you to decline quote requests.
To decline a quote, follow the steps below:
From the Main page, click Orders to action.
Select Queried Orders.
Select the order you want to decline.
Click Decline.
This will change the order status to Declined and will be removed.
π Note: If a callout has been sent in error or is no longer required, it will need to be cancelled manually by a head office user.
