The system records when visits are logged against a job, either on-site or off-site. You can view these details in the Job Notes section of each job. This allows you to track who has logged in or out, verify whether the visit took place on-site, and see related contractor or engineer information.

To view GPS coordinates, click the pin icon. The system compares the engineer’s recorded location with the site’s location to confirm whether they were on-site.
To view the engineer details, click the helmet icon within an order. This shows information about the engineer assigned to the visit.
📌 Note: When a site user or head office logs visits, they may enter the contractor’s account name instead of the individual engineer’s name. In some cases, they might request the engineer’s name, but this depends on how the visit is recorded.
