When a contractor or site user logs a visit to a PMV order, they must confirm whether the job is complete. This ensures visits are recorded correctly and that any remaining work is managed through follow-on actions such as quotes or remedials.
When contractors are completing the order, they need to select Yes, followed by the options:
Raise a quote
Raise a remedial
This allows the contractor to return later and complete the outstanding work.
Once a quote or a remedial is raised, it becomes linked to the original order. In the Admin area, you can view these connections by clicking the Linked/Related Orders button.
This makes it easier to track follow-on work and maintain visibility of both the original job and any additional actions required.
