Some orders are connected, for example, when a contractor attends a callout and then submits a quote or when a remedial is raised as a follow-up to existing work. These links help maintain clear visibility of related actions and provide a full history of how the job progressed.
To view the linked orders, please follow the steps below:
From the Admin area, search orders using Edit orders.
Open the order and click Linked orders.
A list of related orders will appear.
Click any order in the list to open the full order view.
Note: The Linked orders section shows the originating order, such as the initial callout, along with any follow-up orders like quotes or remedials, allowing you to track the complete sequence of related work.
