The signature box in Access Maintain is designed for use on mobile devices. It allows engineers to capture a customer or site representative's signature while on site, confirming that the visit has taken place and the job has been completed.
The feature also works with GPS tracking. When an engineer records a visit, the system logs both the signature and the GPS coordinates to provide an accurate record of where the job was completed.
π Note: The signature box requires touch input from a mobile device and does not accept mouse input from a computer. If a signature is required, make sure the engineer is logging in on a compatible mobile device rather than a desktop.
