Contractor accounts are designed for desktop use and cannot be accessed from a mobile device. If you are using a tablet, you can still log in by switching your browser to desktop site view. Only engineer accounts can log in directly on mobile without this workaround.
To log in from a tablet, follow the steps below:
Open your preferred browser on the tablet, such as Chrome or Safari.
Go to the Access Maintain login page.
Open the browser menu and select Request desktop site:
On Chrome, tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
On Safari, tap the aA icon in the address bar.
If the system automatically adds
/mobileto the end of the login page URL, delete/mobileit from the address bar and refresh the page.Enter your contractor account login details and log in.
📌 Note: Only contractor accounts require the desktop site view. Engineer accounts can be accessed directly on mobile without switching modes.
