If you're a contractor, your account was designed to be logged in to using a desktop device. This means you cannot log in from a mobile device. Only those with an Engineer account can log in directly on mobile.
If you are using a tablet and need to access the contractor account, you can log in by switching your browser to desktop site view.
To log in from the tablet, follow the steps below:
Open your preferred browser on the tablet (for example, Chrome or Safari).
Go to the Access Maintain login page.
Open the browser menu:
On Chrome: Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
On Safari: Tap the aA icon in the address bar.
Select Request desktop site; wording may vary slightly depending on the browser.
If the system automatically adds /mobile at the end of the login page URL, delete /mobile from the address bar and refresh the page.
The page will reload in desktop mode. Enter your main contractor account login details.
You should now be able to access the system as if you were using a desktop device.
📌 Note: Only the contractor account requires a desktop view. Engineer logins can be accessed directly on mobile without switching to desktop mode.
