Parts-only orders are used when materials or replacement items are needed, but an engineer does not need to attend the site. These orders are completed once the parts have been delivered and marked as received. Recording receipts ensures accurate tracking and keeps stock and financial information up to date.

Mark a parts-only order as received

  1. Go to the Unit View.

  2. In the Current orders panel, find and select the relevant parts-only order.

  3. Click Received to confirm the delivery.

Once the order is marked as received, the status will update, and the system will record that the parts are available for use. This removes the order from the list of outstanding items and maintains an accurate order history.

πŸ“Œ Note: Only use this process for parts-only orders. If an engineer visit is required, the order should be raised as a standard callout or repair order instead.
