Parts included in a supply-only order may no longer be needed due to a change in scope, incorrect items being added, or a decision not to proceed with certain works. Removing these parts keeps the order accurate and ensures only the correct items are processed and delivered.
⚠️ The order must have the status Approved before removing parts. If it is not yet approved, confirm the receipt of goods from the unit view first.
How to remove parts from a supply-only order
From the Admin area, search for the order.
Click Edit.
Click Add/edit parts.
Remove the parts you no longer need.
Click Finish to save your changes.
