You can monitor P&L Accruals for each site to track financial commitments, current accruals, and budget variance. This provides visibility of how much has been committed, delivered, or accrued, helping you assess budget performance at the unit level.
View P&L Accruals spend
From the Home page, select the unit you want to review.
On the right side of the unit view, click Spend.
Click P&L Accruals to open the detailed financial breakdown.
What you can view
Current commitment: The value of orders released to contractors where no visit or delivery has taken place.
Current accrued: The value of orders where at least one visit has been completed or a supply-only item has been delivered.
P&L charge: The difference between budget and actual variance, calculated as:
βBudget β Variance = P&L charge
Regularly reviewing P&L Accruals helps maintain financial control, monitor commitments against actual spend, and highlight variances that may need attention.
