You can use the Financial Reports area to monitor how much budget is left for the year. This helps track spending against allocations and supports better planning throughout the financial year.
To view the remaining budget for the current financial year, please follow the steps below:
From the Group area, click the Reports.
Select Financial reports.
From the list, choose P&L accruals.
Click the Financial YTD tab to view year-to-date information.
Use the Select view dropdown to choose the financial year you want to review.
The report displays the allocated budget for the selected year. The Variance column shows the difference between the allocated budget and the actual spend. This value represents the remaining budget available for the rest of the financial year.
π Note: Review this report regularly to monitor how close your sites or contracts are to their budget limits and to plan upcoming spending more effectively.
