The site spend vs budget report provides a detailed breakdown of site-level budgets, helping you monitor usage, identify overspend, and share accurate financial data with stakeholders.
To run the report, follow the steps below:
From the Group area, click the Reports
icon.Select Financial Reports.
Scroll down and click Unit spend vs budget.
When the pop-up opens, click the Export
icon in the top right corner.
π Note: The export shows each site's current budget alongside spend for repairs and PMVs, making it easy to track whether sites are within or over budget.
