Compare the available budget per site with actual spend on repairs and planned maintenance visits.

The site spend vs budget report provides a detailed breakdown of site-level budgets, helping you monitor usage, identify overspend, and share accurate financial data with stakeholders.

To run the report, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Group area, click the Reports icon.

  2. Select Financial Reports.

  3. Scroll down and click Unit spend vs budget.

  4. When the pop-up opens, click the Exporticon in the top right corner.
