Exporting this finance report allows you to review and compare the available budget per site with the actual spend on repairs and Planned Maintenance Visits (PMVs).
The report provides a detailed breakdown of site-level budgets, helping you monitor usage, identify overspend, and share accurate financial data with stakeholders.
To run the report, please follow the steps below:
Go to the Group area.
At the bottom of the menu, click Reports.
Select Financial reports.
Scroll down and click Unit spend vs budget.
When the pop-up opens, click the export icon in the top right corner.
π Note: The export shows each siteβs current budget alongside spend for repairs and PMVs, making it easy to track whether sites are within or over budget.
