You can compare the site spend vs budget for each unit on the system.

Exporting this finance report allows you to review and compare the available budget per site with the actual spend on repairs and Planned Maintenance Visits (PMVs).

The report provides a detailed breakdown of site-level budgets, helping you monitor usage, identify overspend, and share accurate financial data with stakeholders.

To run the report, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Group area.

  2. At the bottom of the menu, click Reports.

  3. Select Financial reports.

  4. Scroll down and click Unit spend vs budget.

  5. When the pop-up opens, click the export icon in the top right corner.
