If you need to view a breakdown of accruals between PMVs and repairs, you can access this information through the P&L Accruals report. The key is to download the full list of All Orders rather than using the standard export button, as this provides the detailed split you need.
View the PMV and repair split in the accrual report
From the Group area, click the Reports
icon.Select Financial Reports.
Click P&L Accruals.
Click the graphic and choose All Orders.
To see the full breakdown, download the list of All Orders from this view. Avoid using the Export button, as it does not include the PMV vs repair split.
The downloaded file will provide the detailed distinction between PMV accruals and repair accruals.
