The P&L Accruals report can show a detailed breakdown of accruals split between planned maintenance visits (PMVs) and repairs, but only when you download the full All Orders list directly from the report view.
Follow the steps below to view the PMV and repair the split.
From the Group area, click the Reports
icon.Select Financial Reports.
Click P&L Accruals.
Click the graph, then click the All Orders button at the top.
Download the All Orders list from this view.
⚠️ Important: Do not use the Export button to download the report - the exported file does not include the PMV and repair split.
