Upload planned maintenance and repair budgets

Import site-level budgets for repairs and planned maintenance by completing the template and uploading it in the Finance area.

Budgets for repairs and planned maintenance can be managed at the site level by uploading a completed template or entering values manually. Once uploaded, budgets can be viewed under Spend on the site's account screen.

To upload budgets using the template, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Finance area, click Budget Management.

  2. Select the Unit Budgets tab on the left.

  3. Click Template to download the import file.

  4. Enter the budget figures in the template and save the file.

  5. Unlock the green padlock icon.

  6. From the drop-down, select the financial year the budgets apply to.

  7. Click Browse and select your completed file to upload.

  8. Click Save.

⚠️ Important: Leave Period 13 blank if your financial calendar uses 12 periods.

If you are updating existing budgets, uploading a new file will replace any budgets already stored in the system. Only include the rows you want to update and remove any rows or columns that should remain unchanged.
