You can upload important site documents, such as fire exit plans, architectural drawings, or business licences, so key unit information is easy to access when required.
Upload an individual site document
From the Admin area, click Unit Details Settings.
Open the Site Documents tab.
Unlock the green padlock
iconClick Add type.
Search for and select the document you want to upload.
Click Save.
Adding site documents helps keep important information organised and makes it easier for staff and contractors to access the documents they need.
Bulk upload site documents
You can upload multiple site documents for different groups of sites by using a template and then attaching the files to the system.
From the Admin area, click Unit Details Settings.
Open the Site Documents tab.
Unlock the green padlock
iconAt the top of the page, click Download template.
Open the spreadsheet in Excel.
In the first column, enter the unit number.
In the second column, enter the document name.
Back in the system, click Upload next to the required document type.
Select the completed template file and upload it.
Once the template has uploaded, select the required document files and upload them.
After this is completed, the documents will be available against each unit included in the template.
π Note: The document names in the template must match the uploaded file names exactly.
