Upload and manage site documents

Add and manage site documents such as fire exit plans or licences to keep unit information organised and accessible.

You can upload important site documents, such as fire exit plans, architectural drawings, or business licences, so key unit information is easy to access when required.


Upload an individual site document

Follow the steps below to upload a single document to a unit.

  1. From the Admin area, click Unit Details Settings.

  2. Select the Site Documents tab.

  3. Unlock the green padlock icon.

  4. Click Add type.

  5. Search for and select the document you want to upload.

  6. Click Save.

Adding site documents helps keep important information organised and makes it easier for staff and contractors to access the documents they need.


Bulk upload site documents

Follow the steps below to upload multiple site documents across different groups of sites using a template.

  1. From the Admin area, click Unit Details Settings.

  2. Select the Site Documents tab.

  3. Unlock the green padlock icon.

  4. Click Download template.

  5. Open the spreadsheet in Excel and complete the required columns:

    • In the first column, enter the unit number.

    • In the second column, enter the document name.

  6. Back in the system, click Upload next to the required document type.

  7. Select the completed template file and upload it.

  8. Once the template has uploaded, select the required document files and upload them.

After uploading, the documents will be available against each unit included in the template.
