The budget upload reminders are sent to specific user groups or individual users. The system notifies the selected users in advance to upload the budget for the next financial year.
If you need to update who receives these reminders, follow the steps below:
From the Finance area, click Budget Control Settings.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Select the user group and any individual users who should receive the reminders.
Click Save.
π Note: Updating the recipients ensures that the correct users are notified when budget uploads are required, helping maintain timely and accurate submissions.
