Emergency callouts for essential equipment, such as refrigeration units or key operational systems, can be escalated by notifying head office support teams, including Area Managers. Enabling email alerts helps ensure rapid awareness and quicker responses when equipment failure could significantly impact business operations.
Emergency callouts fall within a 1, 2, or 3-hour response window and are automatically treated as business-critical.
How to enable email alerts
From the Admin area, click Unit Settings.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Set Are business critical email alerts required to Yes.
Click Recipients.
Select the User Groups that should receive notifications.
Click Save.
π Note: All users in the selected user group will receive email notifications for business-critical emergency orders.
