Emergency callouts for essential equipment, such as refrigeration units or key operational systems, can be escalated by notifying head office support teams, including area managers. Enabling email alerts helps ensure rapid awareness and quicker responses when equipment failure could significantly impact business operations.
Emergency callouts that fall within a 1, 2, or 3-hour response window are automatically treated as business-critical.
To enable email alerts, follow the steps below:
From the Admin area, click Unit Settings.
Unlock the green padlock
icon.Set Are business critical email alerts required? to Yes.
Click Recipients.
Select the user groups that should receive the notifications.
Click Save.
π Note: All users in the selected user group will receive email notifications for business-critical emergency orders.
