Categorising remedial works allows you to prioritise them into categories one, two and three. Categories one and two are used for mandatory reactive works, while category three raises a quoted works request for advisory items.
This setting controls how the system tracks and escalates remedial actions based on their urgency or importance.
To enable or disable remedial categorisation for a specific PMV, follow these steps:
From the Admin area, click PMV Contracts.
Search for and select the PMV you want to update.
Unlock the green padlock icon.
In the Contract details section, find the setting Are remedial works to be categorised and select:
Select Yes if you want the system to apply Category 1, 2 or 3 priorities.
Select No if all remedials should be treated the same.
Click Save.
