The Asset-Managed tab in the Asset Management section allows you to control which equipment types are asset-managed. Changes take effect immediately, and all relevant system rules apply automatically.
To update an equipment type, follow the steps below:
From the Admin area, click Asset Management.
Select the Asset-Managed tab.
Next to the relevant equipment type, select Yes to enable or No to disable asset management.
⚠️ Warning: Disabling an equipment type that has active assets will remove the link between callouts and the assets on site.
