If you are raising a callout and, after selecting the equipment, no options are available, and you cannot continue, this is usually caused by the equipment type being asset-managed. When an equipment type is configured as asset managed, the system requires you to choose a specific asset, not just the equipment type. If no assets exist, the list will appear empty.
This behaviour is set during the configuration stage when equipment types are created. If an equipment type is marked as asset managed, the related assets must also be added and maintained so they can be selected when raising a callout.
π Note: If no assets have been created for an equipment type that is asset-managed, it will not be possible to raise a callout for it until the assets are set up.
