When enabled, this setting allows PMV orders to be paid even if they are partially compliant or have failed inspection. Certificate types are clearly categorised with visual indicators - failed, partial, and passed - making results easier to interpret.
📌 Note: This setting does not apply to LOLER, asbestos inspections, or PMVs with categorised remedials, as these are exempt.
Configure the setting for a PMV contract
Follow the steps below to enable unsatisfactory PMV inspections for a PMV contract.
From the Admin area, click PMV Contracts.
Select the relevant PMV contract.
Unlock the green padlock icon.
Enable the following settings:
Require certificate type
Allow PMV orders to be paid for partial or failed type
📌 Note: If Allow PMV orders to be paid for partial or failed type is not enabled, any certificate not marked as Passed will be automatically rejected and returned to the contractor for re-upload.
