You may sometimes need to keep a copy of a Payment Certificate for your records without printing a physical copy. Instead of printing, you can save the certificate directly as a PDF document. This ensures you have a digital version that can be stored, shared, or uploaded when required.

As a contractor

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. On the right-hand side of the screen, select Payments.

  3. Choose the Payment Certificate you want to save.

  4. Click Print.

  5. In the Destination drop-down list, select Microsoft Print to PDF or Save to PDF, depending on your browser options.

  6. Click Print, then save the file to your computer as a PDF document.

As a head office user viewing a contractor’s payment certificate

  1. From the home screen, select Contractors.

  2. Click into the required contractor’s profile.

  3. Click Payments.

  4. Select the Payment Certificate you want to save.

  5. Click Print.

  6. In the Destination drop-down list, select Microsoft Print to PDF or Save to PDF, depending on your browser options.

  7. Click Print, then save the file to your computer as a PDF document.

🤓Tip: The option may display differently depending on the browser you are using. Common options include Save as PDF (Google Chrome), Microsoft Print to PDF (Edge/Windows), or Save to PDF (Safari/Mac).
