You may need to keep a digital copy of a payment certificate without printing it. You can save the certificate directly as a PDF, making it easy to store, share, or upload when required.
Save the certificate as a contractor
Follow the steps below to save a payment certificate from your contractor account.
Log in to your account.
On the right-hand side of the screen, select Payments.
Select the payment certificate you want to save.
Click Print.
In the Destination drop-down, select Microsoft Print to PDF or Save to PDF, depending on your browser.
Click Print and save the file to your computer.
Save the certificate as an admin user
Follow the steps below to save a payment certificate on behalf of a contractor.
From the home screen, select Contractors.
Select the required contractor's profile.
Click Payments.
Select the payment certificate you want to save.
Click Print.
In the Destination drop-down, select Microsoft Print to PDF or Save to PDF, depending on your browser.
Click Print and save the file to your computer.
