You may sometimes need to keep a copy of a Payment Certificate for your records without printing a physical copy. Instead of printing, you can save the certificate directly as a PDF document. This ensures you have a digital version that can be stored, shared, or uploaded when required.
As a contractor
Log in to your account.
On the right-hand side of the screen, select Payments.
Choose the Payment Certificate you want to save.
Click Print.
In the Destination drop-down list, select Microsoft Print to PDF or Save to PDF, depending on your browser options.
Click Print, then save the file to your computer as a PDF document.
As a head office user viewing a contractor’s payment certificate
From the home screen, select Contractors.
Click into the required contractor’s profile.
Click Payments.
Select the Payment Certificate you want to save.
Click Print.
In the Destination drop-down list, select Microsoft Print to PDF or Save to PDF, depending on your browser options.
Click Print, then save the file to your computer as a PDF document.
🤓Tip: The option may display differently depending on the browser you are using. Common options include Save as PDF (Google Chrome), Microsoft Print to PDF (Edge/Windows), or Save to PDF (Safari/Mac).
